Proud Partner of the VA Community Care Network (CCN) We work with TriWest Healthcare Alliance to provide seamless, authorized care for Veterans. Our administrative team is equipped to handle electronic claims and payments, so you can focus on what matters most—your health and well-being.

Our VA-Approved Services Include:

  • Homemaker Services: Assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.

  • Home Health Aide / Personal Care: Support with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility.

  • Respite Care: Providing temporary relief for family caregivers, ensuring Veterans receive consistent care in a familiar environment.

AAA Care Support, LLC is a certified provider for Health First Colorado (Medicaid) waiver programs. We work closely with Case Management Agencies to ensure your loved ones receive the high-quality, non-medical support they deserve.

Children’s Extensive Support (CES) Waiver Services

Empowering children under 18 with with disabilities or behavioral needs to thrive in the comfort of their family home and community. Serves we are providing:

  • Community Connector:
    We help children and teens explore the community, supporting them in social integration and participation in typical age-appropriate activities to build confidence and independence.

  • Respite Care: We provide high-quality, professional care for your child, giving primary caregivers the essential break they need to recharge while ensuring their child is in safe, capable hands.

  • Homemaker Services: Specialized support for household tasks that become more demanding due to a child’s unique medical or behavioral needs, helping maintain a clean and healthy environment for the whole family.

  • Personal Care: Dignified assistance with daily living activities—such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene—tailored specifically to the age and developmental level of your child.

Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver Services

Fostering independence and community inclusion for adults (18+). Services we are providing:

  • Personal Care & Homemaker: We assist adults in managing their homes and daily routines, promoting autonomy while providing the necessary support to live safely and independently.

  • Respite Care: Short-term relief for family members or caregivers, ensuring that your loved one continues to receive consistent, person-centered care.

  • Important Update (CFC): You may want to note that as of July 1, 2025, some SLS/CES services like Basic Homemaker and Personal Care are transitioning to the Community First Choice (CFC) program

Youth Mentorship

Waivers: CES, CHRP Our Youth Mentorship program focuses on helping children and young adults develop the social and life skills necessary for greater independence. We provide positive role modeling and guidance to help participants navigate their community and personal goals.

Respite (Unskilled)

Waivers: CES, CHRP, CwCHN We offer essential relief for primary caregivers through our unskilled respite services. Our trained staff provides a safe and supportive environment for your loved one, ensuring their daily needs are met while you take a well-deserved break.

Therapeutic Respite

Waivers: CES, CHRP Unlike standard respite, Therapeutic Respite provides a higher level of specialized care. This service is designed for individuals who require additional behavioral or therapeutic support in a community-based or short-term setting to maintain stability and well-being.

Getting Started with AAA Care Support

Navigating waiver services can be complex, but you don't have to do it alone. Here is how to start services with us:

  1. Contact Your Case Manager: If you are already enrolled in a waiver, let your Case Management Agency (CMA) know you would like to work with AAA Care Support, LLC.

  2. Assessment: Your case manager will help determine if you are eligible for the CES or SLS waivers (or the new Community First Choice program for personal care/homemaker services).

  3. Meet Our Team: Once we receive the referral, we will schedule a meet-and-greet to create a personalized care plan that fits your family's schedule and goals.
